From our learnings and conclusions of 2020 and heading into a new decade, along with our experience of a different world in which we are now living in, we understood that people everywhere were looking for hope and a future to look forward to! This is where Against the Tide apparel was born!

Against the common narratives of fear and isolation, Against the Tide is pushing back against the swell of negative energy such as depression, anxiety, fear and self doubt. instead we are embracing life in it’s fullness, encouraging people to get out and live their best life through adventure, exploration and positive lifestyle options.

Best friends, Troy, Ant & Hayles have a natural love and passion for the ocean and all things adventure.

With over 25 years of doing life together; from the surf trips, hikes, road trips, skateboarding terrifying hills, wake boarding and camping, all of which have naturally brought about many memories and thousands of stories (including Ant proposing to Hayles at their favourite surf spot).

Troy, Ant & Hayles created ATT to stand as a culture of vision, purpose and one of encouraging and inspiring the next generation in representing a lifetime of fun, adventure and friendship through apparel and a life of adventure!
